Prototypes in-house — built fast, tested early.

With our own assembly line, functional samples are built in-house — without waiting for external assembly providers. This makes iterations fast and early EMC pre-tests possible.

Assembly

In-house assembly

Our own assembly line — functional samples are built quickly and without dependence on external service providers.

Iteration

Fast development loops

Build, measure, change: short cycles in which hardware and firmware mature together.

EMC early

EMC pre-test on the sample

Test the prototype directly in our own lab before costly decisions are made.

Pre-Compliance

In-house assembly saves the most expensive resource: time.

Anyone waiting for external assembly providers for every functional sample loses days per iteration. With our own line, we build samples at short notice and test them immediately — keeping the development pace high.

Iterate fast, validate early.

Short loops of build, measurement and correction find errors while they are still cheap.

Prototyping under one roof.

From the 3D-printed mechanical sample to the populated board: we build functional samples in-house and test them immediately — without waiting for external service providers.

Frequently asked questions.

Do you also build small series?
We build functional samples and prototypes in-house. For series production, we organize manufacturing through suitable EMS partners — see Transfer to series production.
Can you test hardware and firmware together?
Yes — that is the point of fast prototyping loops: hardware and embedded software mature together instead of one after the other.

A fast route to a working sample?

We build prototypes in-house and test them early in our own lab.
