HomeServicesElectronics Development

Electronics development that considers function, EMC and series production together from the start.

We don't develop hardware in isolation, but along the requirements that later matter on the test bench, in production and in the overall system — and we test EMC in our in-house lab.

  • Circuit design
  • EMC-compliant PCB layout
  • In-house assembly line
  • Transfer to series / DFM
  • Functional safety / ASPICE

EMC-compliant PCB design — and tested in the lab right away.

SAMD combines EMC-compliant design with development-accompanying measurement in our own lab: we develop EMC-compliant designs and verify their effect in our own fully-anechoic chamber.

Fewer additional layout and prototype iterations, more planning certainty for the start of series production.

Coupling design and measurement finds problems while they are still cheap to fix.

Prototypes and validation in-house.

From layout to working sample: we build prototypes and small series in-house. This lets us verify development steps early, implement changes directly and make technical risks visible before they move into the next project phase.

  • In-house assembly line
  • Reflow soldering process
  • Prototypes and small series
  • Functional testing and validation

Measure before it gets expensive.

Beyond the EMC perspective, we also test hardware functionally and systematically. Depending on the task, this includes electrical measurements, insulation tests and the analysis of signals and interfaces. That turns a sample into a reliable development stage.

  • Oscilloscope
  • Multimeter

Frequently asked questions.

Do you build prototypes yourselves?
Yes — we have our own assembly line. Functional samples and prototypes are built in-house, quickly and without depending on external assembly providers — ideal for iterative development and early EMC pre-tests.
Do you also take on just the PCB layout?
Yes — as a standalone service (including EMC-compliant layout) or as part of the entire development from circuit to transfer to series production.
Do you also support the transfer to series production?
Yes. We handle manufacturing-ready design (DFM), the selection and evaluation of suitable EMS providers, supplier audits, change management and on-site support at production start — on request with our EMS partner IMCOPRO.
Which industries do you develop for?
Our focus areas are automotive, industry, railway, medical technology and defense — consistently with functional safety and established development processes (e.g. ASPICE).
What does an EMC pre-test before series release mean?
We measure the functional sample/prototype in our fully-anechoic chamber before the costly series release is due — so you avoid surprises during accredited testing. See Pre-Compliance.

Building, measuring and evolving prototypes.

We don't just develop the circuit and layout — we also build functional samples in-house. Our own assembly, reflow process and measurement equipment shorten the paths between design, build and validation. This lets us verify technical assumptions early, speed up iterations and prepare prototypes specifically for the next development step.

In-house assembly

From layout to a populated functional sample quickly — without the detour via external service providers.

Reflow process

Reproducible soldering for dependable prototypes and fast iterations.

Measurement equipment

Measure and validate directly: verify technical assumptions early instead of correcting late.

New hardware — or a board causing problems in series production?

We develop EMC-compliant designs and validate the result in our own lab.
