Is the passenger counting data-protection compliant?
Yes. AIPC counts anonymously and works without facial recognition — no personal image data is stored, only counting events. The hosting is designed for data protection.
How much effort is the installation?
Very little: the camera is mounted in the boarding area with a few screws and connected to the onboard power supply — usually within a few hours per vehicle.
Can the data be used for PBefG/BOStrab reporting?
Yes. The analyses (occupancy, boarding/alighting, routes) can be exported as reports and used for documentation and planning purposes.
Do I get only numbers or also recommendations for action?
Both: we provide live data and analyses and, together with you, derive concrete measures — fewer empty runs, higher occupancy, lower costs.
